Introducing my newest PCB, designed specifically for compatibility with the Elmor Hot-300 C. This board allows you to use any 12V, 75W heater of your choice. Each heating zone requires an external 10k thermistor, readily available in mutiple packages wherever 12V heaters are sold. This design extends the Elmor controller’s application to niche use cases where current heater solutions may not be suitable.

The PCB enables you to disable zones on the HOT controller, accommodating anywhere from 1 to 4 heaters. DIP switches located at the bottom of the PCB allow you to deactivate unused zones, offering flexibility in your setup.

Featuring the same footprint as the HOT controller, this PCB integrates seamlessly with existing fixtures and offers the option of stacking multiple boards.

I’ve selected industry-standard components to ensure high quality and durability. This includes WAGO push-to-connect terminal strips, Würth DIP switches, Panasonic resistors, and authentic JST 13-pin headers. These premium components enable me to offer a LIFETIMNE WARRANTY—should any part become defective, I will repair or replace the device as needed.
